At MYA Hookah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unused hookah or accessories in their original box, ensuring all components and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our warehouse, making sure to clearly mark your RMA number on the outside.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
